the grant requests are already starting to come in!

THANK YOU and Sound and Lighting Campaign Update

Have you visited the RFH Auditorium lately?
For a concert?
For an orientation?
For a presentation?
For a show?
Have you noticed the fabulous new lighting and sound system?
This has been a major undertaking by several organizations and
we are PROUD to have been a major contributor to this project!
And there is more to do to add to the level of professional sound and lighting that is
found in a 2014 high school auditorium!

We are EXTREMELY proud of our donors!
YOU have made this possible and continue to enable projects like these
AND the grants that are brought to us by the faculty to enrich our students' educational lives.
(As seen in the previous example of the International Fair post!)

After earmarking funds from our various fundraising efforts,
the people that have purchased the personalized plaques have
"SPONSORED A SEAT..." we have been able to not only aid in the technological upgrades,
but...
ADD to the beautification and personalization of the auditorium.

You can see the efforts and changes in the enclosed photos
but feel free to pop in and see the changes in REAL LIFE!!!
The plaques are being spaced sporadically throughout the auditorium by hand
with the help of the amazing school staff after each plaque is personalized
by the family-owned local engraver we are using!

IF you haven't had a chance to order a plaque...
feel free to do so and your 3 line message will
be attached to that armrest for posterity!
Each plaque requires a donation of $125 and
you may email us for a form that can be filled out with your details!
They make great graduation gifts as well as congratulatory
gifts for education, sports, theatre, art, music, etc. achievements!

International Fair Dancer and Music Grant

At The International Fair held at RFH in February, The RFHHS Foundation was able to contribute by fulfilling a grant proposed by 2 of the World Language teachers.

A performance group called The Vanaver Caravan Dance and Music Company joined the RFH community as they demonstrated world drumming and dancing traditions to all in attendance.

This grant served the entire student body, in that all students( and parents) were welcome to attend the International Fair.

This complimented the established booths created and staffed by students and faculty celebrating different cultures from around the world!

This was a wonderful addition to International Month and we, The Rumson-Fair Haven High School Foundation were pleased to have our fundraising efforts contribute in such a positive way to the RFH Community once again!
